GMC24: IN SEARCH OF SPECIALIZATION
Since early 2003, GMC24 is dedicated exclusively to serving companies in 24 hours, and the maintenance and occasionally post those companies. The consultancy division has been assigned to the staff specialist in taxation, accounting and labor, so the activity continues through advisory channels totally independent and unrelated to the current GMC24 that this achieves full independence and specialization in service, with greater expansion capabilities both geographically and by product.

This certification was not sought by GMC24 track in a fashion; GMC24 has a quality policy since its inception in 1990, indeed the actual QUALITY POLICY, includes only a few changes from the original.
The quality has always been a constant in the work of GMC24, and always has been willing to work procedures, it is true that the current implementation of quality systems according to the UNE-EN-ISO 9000, and with the support of external professionals, as well as the auditors themselves AENOR, has managed to improve the internal control systems and now have a pattern of work that we did not have before 1999.
GMC24 also is aware that quality is an unattainable goal, and that continuous improvement is essential, so the mere fact of having the certification of AENOR not going to make our organization to relax at all.

Nothing said in the Quality Policy on employment policy and training issues because they are different, there is also this second policy in GMC24 since its formation in 1990. We have always been aware that the principal asset of a company like this is their staff, so there should be a good policy of employment and training.
INTERNAL POLICY GMC24 IN EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING:
All staff are hired by GMC24 with the aim of creating jobs.
There is no discrimination of sex or age, nor in the position to be filled, or to receive compensation.
All staff should receive training as required for each post.
Staff are provided immediately and Quality Procedures Manual and a copy of the Quality Policy of GMC24.
Any person hired must sign at the outset of a confidentiality pledge.
